CvsChangeLog should accept a branch as an optional parameter

Summary: CvsChangeLog should accept a branch as an optional
                    parameter
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5.1
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: ant-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: rnill@summa-tech.com

When performing concurrent development on several branches at a time, the
CvsChangeLog task outputs changes on all branches which can be confusing. We
would like to produce several different change logs, 1 per branch.

In order to support this feature, I would recommend that another optional
parameter be added to the CvsChangeLog task which specifies the branch tag to
look for changes.
