Copy to a networked drive ignores files changed within a minute

Summary: Copy to a networked drive ignores files changed within a
                    minute
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.4.1
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: ant-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: rxh@gers.com

I have a few tasks that copy from my local system to a drive mapped to another
system. So I have a file in C:\ and I'm copying it to G:\ which is mapped to a
drive on some other remote machine. The copy works fine if I work on a file
and the timestamp is greater than a minute older than the file on the remote
server. If the file's timestamp is within a minute of the network location
timestamp, the copy doesn't happen.

I'm using Sun's JDK 1.4.0_01 on NT 4 with Service Pack 6a.
