Get task with verbose option does not flush output during download.

Summary: Get task with verbose option does not flush output
                    during download.
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: ant-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: mmckibben@ncube.com

There is a problem with output buffering when using the Get task to download a
file with the verbose attribute set to true. With verbose on, a '.' is supposed
to be output to System.out after each 100k received; however, flush() is not
called and the output is not seen until either the output buffer is filled up,
a newline is output, or the download completes. This prevents any useful
feedback of the download progress.
