ant can respect application exit code

Summary: ant can respect application exit code
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core
        AssignedTo: ant-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: miha@softhome.net

we have many tasks that executed from ant. These tasks are not extended from
ant classes, but regular java code.

This will be nice idea, if ant could check exit code of executed java class and
instead of always printing "BUILD SUCCSESFUL" - print the exit message
depending of java exit code: for example, if java class exit code == -1, ant
should print SUCC, if 0 - FAILER!
