A fair approximation to that is:

<xmlproperty file="project.xml" collapseattributes="true"/>
<echoproperties prefix="project" destfile="tmp.properties"/>
<filter filtersfile="tmp.properties"/>
<copy file="script.sh" filtering="true" ... />
