Created-By in jar task's manifest should contain JDK version

Summary: Created-By in jar task's manifest should contain JDK
                    version
           Product: Ant
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: ant-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: ville.skytta@iki.fi

I think that the manifest generated by the jar task should contain the JDK
version by default. Nowadays (always been so?) it only contains the Ant version
used when building the jar.

IMHO, the Ant version nice-to-have stuff, but the JDK version is more
interesting at least in some situations.

I suggest that the default value would look something like:

Created-By: Apache Ant x.x.x (1.4.0_01 [Sun Microsystems Inc.])

...for Sun's 1.4.0_01, and:

   Created-By: Apache Ant x.x.x (1.3.0 [IBM Corporation])

...for IBM's 1.3.0; the values inside the parens would of course be taken from
the JVM in use.

I can also help out with a patch if you think this is a good idea and a patch
would be applied. And yes, I know one can configure contents of the manifest,
but a better default value wouldn't hurt since most people won't bother setting
it anyway.
