[PATCH] Enable junit to inherit Ant properties as system properties

Summary: [PATCH] Enable junit to inherit Ant properties as system
                    properties
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5.1Beta1
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Optional Tasks
        AssignedTo: ant-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: nicolaken@apache.org

With this patch you don't have to necessarily define all the system properties
that are needed to run the testcases in the junit task call.

It makes it possible to make all the Ant properties available to the testcases as

 ant.property.antpropertyname

Real worl use-case: get the necessary properties from an XmlProperty file or
from a Property file, so that the coder doesn't have to tweak the buildfile by
hand, only the property file.
