Seemed like a perfect time to try out <cvschangelog> -- so I did. You can
view the result here:

I had to modify the changelog.xsl in ANT_HOME/etc to get the links right,
but other than that, it worked like a champ.
If you'd like the modified version of changelog.xsl and the build file I
used to produce the log, let me know.
