Have you:
1)used rmic to make stub and skeleton. the command is
%JAVA_HOME%\Rmic -classpath d:\learn YourRMIInterface
2)Compile all java to classes
3)%JAVA_HOME%\rmiregistry
Finally did you code the implementation classes?

In the meanwhile you may want to suppress log in emails bug releases
as I could see your host and net names...
