The supplied patch adds the 

<import file="otherbuild.xml"/>

tag to <project>.

It replaces effectively using xml entities, and the imported projects are well 
formed xml that has a project tag too, that is ignored in import.

To do a quick test, after compilation, go in dist/bin, copy there the three 
test build files and run ant.
