The freeze applies to the main trunk as well -
as I will be merging, tagging, etc.

We have tried to keep away from adding enhancements
so far to the branch - but we did let some get in too
- so, please use your best judgement on this - the
primary motive is to reduce the chances of breaking
anything.  I hope what you are suggesting will not.
