          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: ant-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: tilo.thiele@emessages.de

<loadfile srcFile="abc.txt" property="abc">

causes ANT to hang (consumes all CPU-Power) if the file abc.txt is empty.
