PathTokenizer on NetWare has tokenizing bug - AvailableTest 21 fails

------- Additional Comments From jtulley@novell.com 2002-05-03 00:08 -------
I have one huge caveat on the PathTest.java patch that I have attached. That
is that I have not executed the test code on a UNIX environment, and I am not
sure at all if the "correct" behavior that I assert for is really how it will
and should be on UNIX. For the Windows platform I put what asserts I thought
should be there, and then ended up being quite wrong. After analyzing the
behavior there, I decided it works as designed and is probably ok. Maybe there
should be the "isUnixStyle" case in the committed code until I(or somebody
else) has the chance to possibly adjust the assertions there to reality.

Once again, the PathTokenizer fix is in NetWare executing code only, so should
not affect other platforms. Hopefully low risk despite being in such core code.
