Add attribute to allow remote dir creation during a send or put action

------- Additional Comments From peternhale@yahoo.com 2002-04-08 19:00 -------
I specified a remotedir of "/usr/local/xyz" on a send ftp request.
The given directory does not exist and the message "could not change remote
directory:" and I believe the 550 directory does not exist.

This forces one to use the mkdir action to create the remote directory and
transfer the files contained in that directory in a separate action. If the
remote dir exists the transfer goes along fine including the creation of any
directories that are children of the specified directory.

It seems that it would be desireable to cause the target directory to be created
as part of a normal put action but allow the addition of an attribute that tells
ftp that if it cannot find the directory it is OK to create it.

Hope this helps
