NetRexxC enhancements and bug fix

Summary: NetRexxC enhancements and bug fix
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5 alpha (nightly)
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Optional Tasks
        AssignedTo: ant-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: bechtel@ipcon.de

My last fix had a rather severe bug, as it loops endlessly if source and destdir are the same.
The
rest of the diffs (source AND documentation update!) include the following:
- further enhanced
log mechanism, the possibility to suppress certain log messages disturbing the real bugs.

That's a feature of the compiler, which MFC wasn't able to fix in time (he has not much of
it,
sigh).
- compact messages now the default, as it better integrates into ant and the other
tasks.
- configurable through properties, just like the javac task through build.compiler.
All properties except srcDir, destDir and classpath can be defined through properties of the

project and/or command line.
- more to come (speed improvement of the compiler,
maybe?)

Patric
