It already does your proposed "ANY" -- if any source file is newer than the 
target file, then it doesn't set the property (ie., the target file is not up-
to-date, so the property doesn't get set). Or put the other way around, if 
every source file is older than the target file, then it sets the property 
(ie., the target file is up-to-date, so it sets the property), which is the 
only way "every" comes into it.
