Class-Path is needed to allow "java -jar ant.jar" to work. It's 
convenient, since it doesn't require .sh/.bat. The workaround would be to
have a starter like in tomcat that would build a class
loader with what's needed ( parsers, etc ) - i.e. what Class-Path
attribute is doing automatically.

But I'm ok if you remove it, most people use the .sh.
