This is *exactly* the behaviour you get on the windows command line itself: if 
you copy a file to a dest directory and that file exists already *then* the 
copied file takes on the case of the original. Test it and see.

The workaround for this is to delete the dest file before you copy it. Before 
you suggest that <copy> does this, it cant as that will break any situation 
where ant copies onto a symlinks on a unix system. 

Consider clean builds on a more regular basis.
