Ant doesn't detect circular "depends" within an antcall.

Because the target of an <antcall> can be specified with properties, this is 
clearly an instance of The Halting Problem: you cant tell what happens till 
you run it. As such it can not be fixed until a fundamental breakthrough in 
Computer Science theory, or, given that the Halting Problem is related to 
Godel's Incompleteness Theorem, a fundamental breakthrough in mathematics.

If you can address these issues, you are welcome to submit a patch: I will 
gladly commit it.

Filed as WONTFIX as there is no CANTFIX
