The double quotes were added to get around a problem with one of my development 
tools that could not support embedded blanks in the classpath.  I think it was 
a version of Cafe.  I got around the problem easily enough by changing the 
double quotes in the ant.bat file to single quotes. 

I would remove the quotes but that breaks some other tool.  If this is a 
limitation, then fine I can live with it.  I just wanted to point it out.
