ant.bat fails when CLASS_PATH env variable has double quotes in it

My CLASS_PATH environment variable is set to:  "c:\program files\Interbase 
Corp\Interclient\interclient.jar".

Note that it contains the ".  I had to change the bat file to enclose 
LOCAL_CLASSPATH with single quotes in order for it to work:

   "%JAVACMD% -classpath '%LOCALCLASSPATH%' ...
