Okay so the test 

<target name="test4">
  <gzip src="gzip.xml" zipfile=""/>
</target>

is wrong as it should be expecting an error because zipfile="" is not a
directory not because it's empty. Although this does seem a little
strange and maybe resolveFile should be working differently.
