Abstract Cvs.java to allow for extensibility.

Summary: Abstract Cvs.java to allow for extensibility.
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.4.1
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: ant-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: kevin.ross@bredex.com

I am writing a task for CruiseControl that requires custom processing of the
Process's output stream. I have moved all the code in Cvs.java to
AbstractCvsTask.java. Cvs.java is now just an empty concrete implementation.

In AbstractCvsTask.java, there are new protected accessors for the
outputStream, errorStream, and executeStreamHandler. Note that <cvs> task
retains exactly the same behavior as before.
