This won't solve your problem.  Even with the -GWS flag set, ss.exe exits with
status 100 when it skips the writable files.  ss.exe also exits with status 100
when it encounters actual errors (file not found, for instance).

To handle this properly MSVSSGET will have to parse the messages from VSS, make
sure they're just warnings that writable files were found, and override the
non-zero return status from execute().
