Unfortunately, the only thing I feel we can do right now is document it as a 
known (Javac) issue, and mark this invalid as this is not really an Ant issue - 
public APIs can and will be called not only by Ant, but other tools too.  It is 
upto the API writer to take care of the issues arising from the API, instead of
saying 'Javac must not be used other than as a command line tool'.

So, is adding documention good enough to close this issue?
