Exec Task require Absolute Paths

------- Additional Comments From kjw@rightsock.com  2001-12-05 12:28 -------
Workaround for unix machines:

<!-- workaround is to cd to the desired dir and run /bin/pwd -->
    <exec os="SunOS Solaris"
        executable="/bin/pwd"
        outputproperty="i18n_dir"
        dir="${src}/build/i18n"
        />
    <exec os="SunOS Solaris"
        executable="${i18n_dir}/do_build_translation"
        failonerror="true"
        dir="${src}/templates"
.....

in this example, ${src} is a relative path.
