As Jose pointed out, ProcessDestroyer used the Collections framework.  Sorry 
about that (started with jdk 1.2 beta).  I've rewritten ProcessDestroyer to use 
a Hashtable instead of a Set.

Here is the new ProcessDestroyer.java:
