Telnet task to expand read and write properties

           Summary: Telnet task to expand read and write properties
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.4
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Optional Tasks
        AssignedTo: ant-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: todd_evans@fanniemae.com

<property name="host" value="foobar"/>
<telnet userid="public"
     password="secret"
     server=${host}>
       <read>${host}%</read>   // Doesn't expand
</telnet>

Currently, ${host} within the server attribute expands properly but expansion
doesn't happend within read and write subtasks. There doesn't seem to be
suffiecient visibility to fix/workaround this problem without a code change.
