One could say the same for
org.apache.tools.ant.util.regexp.RegexpMatcherTest and probably
others.

Maybe we should jar up the testcases in a separate archive - and don't
put that into the lib directory as it should only be on the CLASSPATH
if people explicitly ask for it.  What do you think?
