It would be really helpful to have Win32 functionality in chmod. The 
Unix 'chmod' command falls somewhere between the Win32 'attrib' and 'cacls' 
commands. I'm sure an intrepid programmer could come up with some reasonable 
mapping between the two OS's, but I'd be satisfied if there was just some way 
to call "attrib -r". What else do people use chmod for?
