I vote for a change to have more initialized before buildStarted gets called
(properties for example).  In order to do useful stuff based on Ant
properties you have to do lazy initialization currently and pick things up
in another event fired instead.

I searched for this issue in Bugzilla but didn't find it - any idea what its
ID# is?
