When the attribute includeEmptyDirs in a delete task is set to true 
the exclude attribute of the file set is not use 

file tree:
/tmp/src
/tmp/src/toto
/tmp/src/toto/foo 


<delete includeEmptyDirs="true" >
<fileset dir="/tmp/src/" >
	<exclude name="/tmp/src/">
</fileset>
</delete>


and /tmp/src is deleted
