Subject [Bug 2971] - The <sql> task does not release memory after it is completed which causes an out of memory error.

  With an mssql driver, the out of memory error occurs after 379 <sql> calls.
  With an db2 driver, the out of memory error occurs after 124 <sql> calls.
  Note: the number of <sql> calls may vary depending on the computer
