Don't get your hopes up that it can be used to do application builds for WAS 3.5. It turns out that IBM is using ANT within their Admin Console (I think) to do certain tasks. I have been successful in calling the jetace and wlmjar tools with the exec command of Ant. I have not tried to create new taskdefs for cleaner integration. I hope this helps.
