Thanks Conor!

That works for me.  Another quick fix that appears to work is to simply
replace the space in "alt=&quot;Jakarta ORO&quot;" with either a hyphen or
&amp;nbsp;

Looking closer, it appears that Ant passes the arguments to the JDK as an
array, so the bug is actually in the JDK :-(.
