| DESCRIPTION |
With the built-in task "rmic", depending on the attribute "iiop" on/off value,
different output file will be generated. The task checks if the generated files
already exist before actually running rmic. However the bug is that the task
always checks for files generated with iiop="no" even if actually iiop="yes".
Therefore if iiop="yes" and the task is run twice in a row, it will still do
the actual rmic during the 2nd run even though the output files have already
been generated by rmic during the 1st run.
