Well <mkdir> would not be that difficult:

	<mkdir >
	 <foreach name="dir" dir="mylibs"> <!-- "dir" is the att to loop on -->
	   <include name="*.jar"/>
	   <glob name="*.jar" to="*" />  <!-- what was the syntax? -->
	 </foreach>
	</mkdir>

Which just creates a directory for every jar in the library.
