| Link tag for javadoc must be conditional |

| DESCRIPTION |
I like to use properties in the link tag of a javadoc task (which isn't a
problem). This makes it possible for somebody else to override the location of
the linked documentation. But what happens if he doesn't have a special
documentation and is not interested in obtaining it? The task will not work
properly.

Therefore I suggest to add the attribute "if" to the link tag to achieve
conditional linking of the documentation.
