+ Using JDK1.2 and above, <javac bootclasspath="/path/to/foo.jar"
+ classpath="/path/to/bar.jar" .../> works properly.  JDK1.1.8's javac does not
+ have a -bootclasspath parameter, though.  I believe the correct behaviour is
+ that the classes should be prepended to the classpath.
