  in all lower case.

+ and tofile is specified the specified name of the tofile is used. If copying a 
+ single file and the tofile is not specified (using todir) and you use a name 
+ that is different from the 'correct' name (specified 'TEST.TXT' instead 
+ of 'test.txt' which is shown by a dir, ant uses the name of the specified 
+ source as the name of the target.
