No, because I didn't see one in the jakarta docs. I looked it up in the
ant-dev archives after I saw this, and it looks like there's some collusion
there.

I'm not sure offhand which direction buildnumber should go in, or even if
it's necessary given propertyfile's existence; the only thing buildnumber
really adds here is the incrementation of a stored value. The two certainly
could coexist, especially if I change buildnumber to not destroy comments (a
planned feature, BTW - but I only spent an hour or so writing this, and it's
my first Ant task. Cut me a little slack. :)
