Conor,

Yes, I realize that it might be annoying to see the same message on
both lists.

The problem is that this issue does relate both to the users of Ant
(we're the ones who want this to work), and the developers of
Ant, who know how to fix it, and who are capable of addressing
the more high-level discussion brought about by the overall issue
of scripting in Ant.

If I thought everyone read both groups, that would be one thing,
but I don't think that is the case.  I can't really think of any posting
that I wouldn't want both groups to see.

But I will try to do better, and not cross-post in the future.
