If you do it that way you have to know if the target already exists or
not. I want to use this to be able to define default behaviour for
building packages. But I also want to be able to specify a specific
target for some of the packages, without changing how they are built
from the command line.

I guess you could check if the target already exists in the dynamic
target and then call that target from there, but I don't think that is
as good.
