Subject RE: ANT for mortals document?
Date Sat, 12 Aug 2000 00:05:47 GMT
I just learn more quickly when I have multiple stream of input.

The ant documentation is fine as far as it goes. I have tended to
look at other people build.xml files to figure out how to do things,
and hoped that the mortals document would give me more examples.

I am not volunteering, but someone could put together a comprehensive
build.xml that illustrates in one project who to do everything that
ant can do? It's a tall order I know. Just a random thought. Take it for
what's its worth.

ahh he was referring to a document someone is writing. Unfortunatley the
document hasn't gone public yet and thus it is not available. Mail the
author (David Weller <dgweller@yahoo.com>) and he may decide to give it to
you in what ever form it is now.

good luck,
