Two new optional tasks to enable:
1. <idl2java .../> tag
   Visigenic IDL-Java compiler http://www.inprise.com/

2. <xgen .../> tag
   Objectspace DXML http://www.objectspace.com/products/proddxml.asp

Attached is the patch file.
Minor changes to:
- build.xml
- src/main/org/apache/tools/ant/taskdefs/defaults.properties

Two new files:
- src/.../taskdefs/optional/Idl2Java.java
- src/.../taskdefs/optional/Xgen.java

I haven't added attributes to support all command line arguments yet.
