I've used multiple targets and the depends
list to resolve my needs (so far) for 
multiple properties in the 'if'. Just
have several targets, each of which depends
on one property, and does one thing, and a
final target that depends on the other
targets that have conditionals. 

I agree with Stefan that the potential for
this to get out of hand is potentially too
great....
