-1 (not binding, not vetoing)...

If you want to compile C and JAVA, just make your C makefile as it
should be, and then make a TaskDef that executes a command line...
Something like:
  <execute command="make">
    <parameter value="Makefile.mak"/>
    <parameter value="-DJAVA=Something"/>
  </execute>
If it's not already there...
