Hi Olivier,

That sheds some light on the clean un installation but I second
Loïc - is there some official , step-by-step guide for clean un install of
HDP(and then a reinstall).

This will help to understand and handle the issues that may arise e.g first
run the clean up scripts on each node and then reset Ambari
