Hi Charles,

1.What does "df -h" show on this new node?

2. Can you post the output of the following API call for the host?
GET http://ambari-host:8080/api/v1/clusters/<your-cluster-name>/hosts/<host-name>

3. When you go to the NameNode UI (http://namenode-host:50070/), what
does it show?
