    Resolution: Won't Fix

It happens if
Steps : 
{code}
1. install Flume with some user (user1)
2. configure a1 agent
3. delete flume
4. install Flume with different user (user2)
5. configure a1 agent
{code}

Appropriate access should be given to user2
